Overview
NexaCalls is a multi-tenant platform. Each organization's data — contacts, calls, transcripts, recordings, and configuration — is scoped to that organization and access-controlled through role-based permissions.
Data we process
- Account and profile information (name, email, organization membership)
- CRM records you create or import (contacts, companies, leads)
- Call metadata, transcripts, and recordings when enabled
- Telephony and integration credentials stored encrypted per organization
- Usage and billing ledger entries for subscription minutes
Third-party services
When you connect telephony providers (Twilio, Plivo, etc.), AI providers, or integrations (Google, Meta, Zoho), data flows according to those services' terms in addition to this policy.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session security. Marketing cookies are not required to use the product.
Your choices
Organization owners control team access, integration connections, and data export through the dashboard. Contact your administrator for access or deletion requests within your tenant.
